The task of this project was, to construct a lowcost/energy optimated house, which accomplishes the needs of families.
The size of the one-family houses are 125m2, which are build in Rethorn, Germany, and need only 32 kWh/m²a.
The aim was to compete against the concurancy of lower costs in Holland and at the same time to save energy.
