Dr. Lari, received numerous awards including the Prize of the State of Austria (1991) for the low-energy construction project „Solar Housing Plabutsch“ in Graz, Austria.
1992 Dr. Lari was awarded the Austrian Ecology Prize.
In 1998, the multifunctional office building “OOC Center” (Amman/Jordan) earned a nomination to the Austrian Consulting Award.
A further nomination to the ACA followed in 2001 for the project “Holiday Inn Hotel” Amman/Jordan).
In 2007, Dr. Lari was recognised with the Austrian State Prize for the ecological and energy-efficient water-treatment project serving 200 villages and approximately 200,000 residents in Iran. The pioneering project promoted solar water heating, reduced dependence on crude oil, and established new standards for sustainable and energy-efficient construction in the region.
