The new building of the Education Institute for Elementary Pedagogy and Practice Kindergarten in Vienna's district 21 has been designed to accommodate now 1000 students with a garden expansion and kindergarten play areas on the ground floor, including facade greening. The energy efficiency is increased through natural lighting, among other things, by arranging the stairwells, which not only creates well-connected areas but also enables long-term flexibility in the use of various areas. Through the use of modern renewable energies, it would also be possible to supply the surrounding area.
